Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Women With Purpose

Kettianne is the Founder and CEO of Women With Purpose (WWP). An international development professional with an interest for global diplomacy, Kettianne lived and worked in France, in the United Kingdom, in Spain and in Haiti over the course of 5 years. Throughout those years her areas of expertise grew around learning and development, program management and monitoring and evaluation. As CEO, Kettianne brings those experiences and expertise to WWP in order to create a sustainable and profitable business while making a social impact for women of color.

Kettianne is currently a Program Manager at Meta Platforms where she focuses on the development of the Manager experience across the organization. Previously, Kettianne served as a Human Capital Management Consultant at Deloitte where she focused on Organizational Design and Leadership Development. She is a certified mediator (in MA), facilitator and speaker, often leading trainings and speaking on professional development and the art of negotiation. Previously, she has consulted on an employee engagement project for Oracle, launched a $6.1 million board governance program in South Africa for Accion and has served as a Fulbright Public Policy Fellow for the Ministry of Women’s Affairs in Haiti.

Kettianne received her M.B.A from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business (Go Blue!) where her concentration was at the nexus of Human Capital studies and Entrepreneurship. She was a Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) 2016 MBA Prep Fellow, a Forte MBA Fellow and a member of the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management (CGSM). She received her M.A in International Relations from the Department of War Studies at King’s College London in 2012 and her B.A from Boston College in 2010. In her free time, Kettianne enjoys watching dance videos on instagram, loves to go salsa dancing and finds bliss in eating tacos.
