Founder & Chief Operating Officer, Women With Purpose
Kettianne Cadet is the Founder and CEO of Women with Purpose (WWP). An international affairs professional with a passion for learning about new cultures, Kettianne has lived abroad in France, the United Kingdom, in Spain and in Haiti and has traveled to over 30 countries. She emerged with the concept of WWP in 2014 after serving as a Fulbright Clinton Public Policy Fellow in Haiti and witnessing a lack of capacity building among the women workforce. Often the only woman and woman of color in the room, Kettianne was motivated to create a forum for women to seek opportunities, acquire desirable skills and access resources to help women advance in their professional careers.
Kettianne is currently a Human Capital Consultant with Deloitte focusing on organizational design, change management and leadership development. Her previous work experience stems from the international development sector which entailed project implementation, project management and content development for leadership development trainings for nonprofit and government agencies. Kettianne is a certified mediator (in MA), a negotiation trainer and a public speaker. She facilitates conversations around leadership development, women empowerment and diversity and inclusion for universities and corporations. Kettianne holds an MBA with a focus on Management and Organizations and Entrepreneurship from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). She graduated from King’s College London with a M.A. degree in International Relations and received a B.A. degree in Sociology and French from Boston College.
